Welcome to Empire Union. By accessing our websites, using our Telegram bot (AIM), creating an Empire ID, or interacting with any of our subsidiaries (Empire AI, eLectronics, Neptune, eSpace), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Description of Service

Empire Union is a Nigerian technology collective building AI, hardware, and infrastructure for Africa. Our flagship service, AIM (African Intelligence Model), is a conversational AI assistant. We also provide "Empire ID," a unified digital identity for our ecosystem.

2. AI Generated Content & Disclaimers

AIM and Nebulae utilize advanced artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI can and will make mistakes.

• Do not use AIM for critical medical, legal, or financial advice.
• Always verify important information independently.
• Empire Union is not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated responses.

3. Empire ID & Accounts

To access certain features, you may create an Empire ID via our authentication partner. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities that occur under it. You must not share your Empire ID credentials or use them for unauthorized purposes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Empire Union services to:

• Violate any local, Nigerian, or international laws.
• Generate harmful, abusive, harassing, or explicit content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our infrastructure.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos (including the AIM and Empire Union brands), and source code are the property of Empire Union. You retain all rights to the personal data, prompts, and content you submit to our services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Empire Union, its founders, and its subsidiaries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platforms.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.
